Chemical producers face heavy registration burden after Brexit, Dow executive warns

Chemicals companies will struggle after Brexit with mounds of regulatory paperwork, which will also raise concerns about intellectual property rights and data protection, a Dow Chemical executive told UK lawmakers today.

After the Brexit transition period ends on Dec. 31, they will have to re-register substances with the relevant UK regulator
