Changmao loses court bid to overturn EU tartaric-acid duties as not in line with WTO rules

Chinese sweetener producer Changmao Biochemical Engineering today lost its legal bid to overturn EU dumping duties on Chinese tartaric acid, which the bloc renewed in 2018 for a further five years.
