Challenge to Google 'Street View' settlement by rock musician gets rough ride from US Ninth Circuit judges

A trio of federal judges peppered a well-known rock musician’s lawyer with skeptical questions today about his challenge to a $13 million settlement Google reached over its unauthorized collection by its Street View cars of data from unsecured WiFi networks more than a decade ago.
