Casino's challenge to EU dawn raids triggers human-rights court's questions

An attempt by Casino, Guichard-Perrachon and AMC to contest EU dawn raids over suspect contacts in the French supermarket sector have seen the European Court of Human Rights ask questions over the fairness of the procedure and the companies’ ability to challenge the inspections.
