Cartelist car shippers urge UK appeal judges to throw out mass claim with 'wrong target'

MOL and other global shipping lines argued to UK appeal judges today that a mass claim against them over cartelized "roll-on, roll-off" vehicle services was flawed and should be struck out.

The shippers are at the Court of Appeal in London to challenge a ruling by the UK's specialized competition court
