Carmakers GM, Kia face pile up of US telematics suits alongside data-broker LexisNexis Risk Solutions

Car companies General Motors and Kia, along with data broker LexisNexis Risk Solutions, face more than a dozen combined federal lawsuits from drivers who say their vehicle data was illegally shared with insurance companies, leading to a loss of privacy and increase in rates.
