Carillion UK liquidators relying on KPMG disciplinary tribunal evidence in GBP1.3 billion claim

KPMG has seen evidence that emerged in disciplinary proceedings brought against it by the sector regulator now being relied on by Carillion's liquidators in the UK in their claim for more than a billion pounds against their former auditors.
