Cargotec, Konecranes' merger plan faces regulatory delay in Australia

Plans by Finnish rivals Cargotec and Konecranes to merge and become a global leader in container-handling equipment are facing delays in Australia, where the country’s competition regulator has announced that it has stopped the clock on its review of the deal.
