Care UK faces 'significant' financial hit from CMA's fees lawsuit, it tells judge

Care UK faces a "significant" financial hit and reputational damage from a court action brought by the UK antitrust regulator over fees charged to residents, the care-home provider told a judge today.

At a High Court hearing, Care UK also said the Competition and Markets Authority's spending on the consumer-law
