Cameco’s $7.9 billion nuclear deal gains UK clearance on national security grounds

Cameco and Brookfield’s $7.9 billion acquisition of Westinghouse Electric, which makes nuclear fuel in the UK, has already gained clearance on national security grounds after the companies sought approval, MLex has learned.
