California not waiting for regulations to implement CCPA

It’s been only nine days since California’s privacy law went into effect and the state attorney general has already sent out compliance warning letters to businesses — despite the California Department of Justice’s open acknowledgment that the full extent of the law’s contours is unclear.

The letters give companies 30 days to come
