CADE to continue aviation insurance probe despite EU dropping case

Brazilian antitrust officials will continue investigating aviation insurance brokers for allegedly exchanging commercially sensitive information despite the EU's recent decision to close a similar probe, MLex has learned.
The European Commission this month dropped its investigation into six brokerage companies, started in October 2017, "for priority reasons" (see here).
