CADE rejects Rumo-ALL request for review of fine in rail transport probe

The Brazilian competition authority's Tribunal has rejected logistics company Rumo-ALL's request that the agency review its decision fining the company a total of 247.1 million reais ($43.5 million) for foreclosing rival Agrovia's access to the sugar cane distribution market.
