CADE, federal police carry out dawn raids in bid-rigging cartel probe into waste collection and disposal

The Brazilian competition authority and the federal police have conducted dawn raids as part of an investigation into a bid-rigging cartel in the waste collection and disposal market.
According to a statement disclosed today by the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, 75 police officers and 57 antitrust investigators
