CADE Councilor Prado criticizes ‘forced’ leniency deals, expects slowdown in Brazil cartel probes

“Forced” leniency agreements forged in recent years in Brazil were criticized by Councilor Lenisa Prado of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, who said she anticipates a decline in the number of investigations related to cartel practices.
