CADE, ANPD sign cooperation agreement to exchange information, expertise

The Brazilian competition and data protection authorities have signed a cooperation agreement to exchange information about cases as well as expertise.
The two institutions first cooperated last month in the WhatsApp case, when they issued a joint opinion about the messaging app's new service and privacy policy (see here).
