Businessmen sentenced in US over bribery to Venezuelan officials for contracts with PdVSA

Two defendants have received sentences for their roles in the myriad cases prosecuted as part of a sprawling US probe of corruption surrounding Venezuela’s state oil firm.
Abraham Jose Shiera Bastidas of Coral Gables, Florida, was sentenced last week to a year and a day in prison after pleading guilty
