Bunge-Viterra agribusiness merger will need approval in US, EU, Canada, China at least

American agribusiness giant Bunge Limited’s bid to take over peer Viterra Limited will need the regulatory approval of authorities in the US, the EU, Canada and China among others, MLex has learned.
