BSG Resources' slow-moving bankruptcy case draws fire from US judge

Mining company BSG Resources' New York bankruptcy case, filed after the company was ordered to pay Vale $2 billion because of BSGR's bribe-paying, is proceeding far too slowly, a judge said.    

The case is perhaps the slowest-ever proceeding under Chapter 15, the section of US bankruptcy law that deals with foreign bankruptcies,
