Brexit banks would need permission for exposures to UK parent under ECB proposal

EU-based entities of UK banking groups could be refused permission to book risks to London, the European Central Bank warned today. 
In a clutch of proposed policy changes, the eurozone supervisor also set out ongoing limits to share buybacks and stable funding as it seeks to tie down complex banking
