Brazilian prosecutors appeal decision closing investigation into CADE cartel fines

Prosecutors within the Brazilian Federal Court of Auditors, or TCU, have appealed a recent court decision closing an investigation into what they say are low cartel fines applied by the national competition authority, MLex has learned.
