Brazilian port terminal association asks CADE to require Maersk, MSC to notify any future deals in port market

The Brazilian Association of Port Terminals (ABTP) has asked the national competition authority to impose a preventive measure requiring A.P. Moller-Maersk and MSC to notify the antitrust agency of any port transactions before closing, including deals that don't meet the country's merger notification threshold.
