Brazilian cartel fine guidelines expected by first half of 2020, CADE president says

Companies can expect guidance on how the Brazilian competition authority calculates its cartel fines by the first half of the year, the agency's president, Alexandre Barreto, told MLex. Barreto said he's reviewing draft guidelines that will be submitted for public comments in the first months of 2020.
