Brazil’s Central Bank, National Monetary Council to regulate data sharing by financial institutions on fraud evidence

Financial institutions authorized to operate by the Central Bank of Brazil, or BC, will have to share data and information about fraud with units within the central bank, according to a resolution announced today.
The joint resolution between the Central Bank and the National Monetary Council (CMN) will take effect
