Brazil's CADE advocates for ex-ante regulation of digital markets

The Brazilian competition authority has advocated for the implementation of ex-ante regulation for digital platforms to be overseen by the agency.
In a recent communication to the Ministry of Finance, the antitrust regulator emphasized the necessity of complementing existing legislation to address the distinct challenges presented by digital ecosystems.
