Brazil's ANPD offers amendments to artificial intelligence bill

The Brazilian data protection authority has submitted proposals to the Senate to amend a draft bill aimed at regulating artificial intelligence.
These proposals highlight the fundamental role of the National Data Protection Authority, or ANPD, in overseeing the multi-sector governance of the evolving technology.
