Brazil's ANPD expected to launch AI regulatory sandbox by December

The Brazilian data protection authority expects to launch a regulatory sandbox on artificial intelligence by December, said agency President Waldemar Gonçalves Ortunho Júnior.
In May, the National Data Protection Authority, or ANPD, and the Development Bank of Latin America (CAF) signed a cooperation agreement to develop the sandbox (see here).
