Brazil ruling on suspension of text-messaging apps postponed by Supreme Court

Brazil Federal Supreme Court Judge Alexandre de Morais today delayed the court's ruling on whether messaging apps such as WhatsApp can face suspension if they fail to provide authorities with messages from suspects in criminal cases.
Two of the court's 11 judges have already voted that suspending the apps violates
