Bouygues files TF1’s M6 takeover for French approval

Groupe TF1’s largest shareholder, Bouygues, has filed its plan to take over French broadcasting rival Groupe M6 to the national competition authority for approval, according to an update of the regulator’s website. The authority is expected to decide by the end of March whether to clear the deal or refer it
