Booking.com to see German regulator's fight over pricing clauses aired at top court

Booking.com’s pricing clauses will be reviewed by the German Federal Court, which has accepted an appeal lodged by the country’s antitrust regulator of a lower court's ruling that concluded that "narrow"  best-price clauses don’t breach competition law.
