Booking.com resolves antitrust probe in Japan, while JFTC continues to monitor narrow parity clauses

Booking.com today saw the Japanese competition enforcer close its investigation into its price-parity clauses, which demand that Japanese hotels and inns offer the same or better prices for rooms than other sales outlets.
