Boeing-Embraer deal still generates questionnaires from EU Commission

Boeing and Embraer suppliers fielded a new set of questions last week from European Commission officials examining the US company's plan to take control of its Brazilian rival, MLex has learned.

The companies are deep into the second-phase investigation of their deal, with the clock freshly restarted on Jan. 6.
