Boeing-Embraer approval in Brazil should be reconsidered by CADE’s Tribunal, prosecutor says

Approval of the Boeing-Embraer deal should be reconsidered by Brazil's antitrust agency, a federal prosecutor said.

The Tribunal of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, will decide whether to accept prosecutor Samantha Dobrowolski's request. A councilor will be selected at an assignment session tomorrow to evaluate whether to accept
