BNP Paribas faces 2023 London trial over Dutch bribery claims

BNP Paribas will face a London trial in 2023 over a 320 million-euro ($377 million) claim that it missold complicated derivatives products to a Dutch housing association, which lost 2.5 billion euros from various banks following its disastrous foray into the financial products.
