BlueScope manager didn't seek steel distributors' obligation to use price list, Australian court hears

Former BlueScope Steel Sales Manager Matthew Hennessy has told an Australian court that he didn’t hold meetings with steel distributors to ensure they used a BlueScope price list as a benchmark.

Hennessy is the first witness to be cross-examined in the civil-cartel lawsuit against BlueScope and its former manager Jason Ellis over allegations
