Big Tech sees UK digital competition law changes proposed to hand them greater powers of appeal

Big Tech companies would get greater leeway to challenge fines and sanctions imposed under the UK's new digital competition rulebook if changes to the draft law proposed by the government today make it into law. 
One focus is providing for appeals of penalty decisions to be heard on the merits
