Biden order on abortion urges US FTC to protect consumer health privacy

The US Federal Trade Commission should consider steps to protect the privacy of consumers when they search for reproductive health care services online, following the Supreme Court’s overturning of Roe v. Wade, President Joe Biden said in an executive order today.
