Bausch, Lupin ask California judge to rule against lawsuits alleging Glumetza pay-for-delay deal

Bausch, Lupin and Assertio appeared before a California federal judge today at a hearing on a spree of antitrust lawsuits claiming the companies used an unlawful "pay-for-delay" deal to prevent generic versions of the diabetes drug Glumetza from going to market.
