Bategu’s EUR70 million claim over handling of antitrust complaint rejected by EU court

Austrian manufacturer Bategu has seen the EU’s lower-tier court reject its lawsuit against the European Commission, in which it asked for more than 70 million euros (around $75 million) in damages over the regulator’s slow handling of an antitrust complaint.
