Barclays loses bid to stop PCP accessing trove of documents ahead of UK lawsuit

Barclays Bank has been ordered by a UK judge to hand over thousands of documents to PCP Capital Partners, ahead of a lawsuit against it by the investment vehicle coming to trial next week.
