Banks given red flags by US to spot, report financial support for Israeli settler violence

Alongside an executive order from President Joe Biden authorizing sanctions on extremist Israeli settlers and their supporters, the US government this week also issued an alert to banks, providing them with red flags to help spot and report transactions backing the violence.
