Bain Capital, Cinven file Lonza Specialty Ingredients acquisition for EU review

Private equity firms Bain Capital and Cinven have requested EU approval to buy Lonza Specialty Ingredients, according to an update on the European Commission's register of deals. The deal was notified on Tuesday, and the regulator has set a June 18 deadline to decide on it.
