Baidu wins over click farm in China's first court challenge involving algorithm interference

A Chinese court has ruled in favor of Baidu over its claim that a click-farming platform competed unfairly by interfering with the algorithms of the country's largest search engine, setting the first judicial precedent of its kind nationwide.
