BA, Lufthansa lose Dutch appeal as court sides with claim-bundlers

Airlines such as British Airways and truckmakers such as DAF will find it harder to challenge damages claims against them in the Netherlands after an appeals court today gave its backing to a model that allows litigation vehicles to bundle claims from victims.
