Average time for Brazilian full-form merger reviews increased by eight days, CADE President Cordeiro says

The average time for merger reviews notified through a full-form notification in Brazil increased to 112.2 days in 2021, compared to 104.7 days in 2020, Brazilian competition authority President Alexandre Cordeiro said. 
The average time for fast-track reviews has also increased to 19.8 days this year, compared to 17.5 days
