Average time for Brazil merger reviews at CADE Superintendence has increased in 2020

The average time for the Brazilian competition authority's Superintendence to review full-form deals increased to 95.4 days in 2020, compared to 78 days last year, agency Superintendent Alexandre Cordeiro said at a seminar* today.
Cordeiro, from the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, attributed the increase in the review
