Australia's competition minister 'open to simplification' of cartel laws

The dropping of criminal-cartel charges against Australia & New Zealand Banking Group, Citigroup Global Markets Australia and Deutsche Bank, as well as six executives associated with the companies last year led to calls from some lawyers for criminal-cartel laws to be simplified.
