Apple seeks to intervene in Qualcomm appeal to keep confidential information under seal

Apple wants to keep its confidential business information under seal in Qualcomm's patent-licensing appeal at the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and it's asking to intervene in the case.
