Apple seeks documents to reveal Facebook executive's 'bias,' 'motivation' to testify at Epic Games App Store monopolization trial

Apple is asking a California magistrate judge to force Facebook to hand over documents that could reveal “motivation and bias” behind the decision of Facebook’s vice president of gaming to testify at a trial next month in support of Epic Games’ landmark App Store monopolization lawsuit, according to a court filing
