Apple, Intel have limited path forward on Fortress antitrust claims after second dismissal by US judge

In dismissing antitrust claims by Apple and Intel against Fortress Investment Group for the second time, a US judge in San Francisco left the two Silicon Valley tech companies with a much narrower path to keep their litigation against the patent-assertion entity moving forward.
